While thigh thinning exercises are helpful in getting those dream thighs and legs of celebrities and ballet dancers, not all of them are good for everyone. You must know that your legs and thighs can become quite muscular and thick with just three or four workouts if you pick up wrong exercises. They can become thick and cheesy even if you do right exercises. This can occur if you, for example, carry more weight than you can easily endure or assume bad postures while doing them. So instead of becoming thin and sexy, your thighs and legs may end up becoming thick, muscular and ugly.
