Growing older might be inevitable, but how you do it is up to you. When we’re in our prime years, our 20′s, our bodies have youthful levels of balanced natural hormones which help us maintain our optimal vitality, energy, mood, body composition, mental acuity and more. Typically in our prime we can sleep, eat, work and play to our heart’s content without much thought that one day our bodies won’t be able to perform and recover in the same manner.
Upon entering our midlife, however, our bodies and mental state often changes.
