Signs of Ovarian Cysts

Ovarian cysts are tiny fluid filled sacs that develop on your ovaries. Most of the time, these cysts develop on their own and there is nothing that you can do to prevent them. You keep yourself healthy and in good shape, so why is this happening to you?

Women all over the world develop these ovarian cysts so you are not alone. It’s very common for women to get these but most of the time they don’t even know that they are the victims of an ovarian cyst. It’s easy to confuse the signs of ovarian cysts with the usual symptoms of your menstrual cycle. With both an ovarian cyst and your period, you feel bloating and discomfort. You also gain a little weight during your period too so it’s hard to tell whether or not you have a cyst or just your period. With both you also feel a little pain and discomfort in that area as well. This is why so many women have ovarian cysts and wouldn’t even know it.

Although the signs and symptoms are so similar, there are some tell tale signs that you have an ovarian cyst. The most common one is pain during intercourse. If you have a strong pain that is enough to bring you to tears, then something could be wrong. Also, intense pain in the lower back and abdomen are signs that you may have a cyst. Nausea and vomiting are also signs of ovarian cysts so if you have all of these symptoms as a collective, chances are you have an ovarian cyst.

Now that you know the signs and symptoms of an ovarian cyst, don’t waste your time at the doctor’s. They are just going to tell you that you have to wait for the cyst to reabsorb itself back into your body on its own. It’s either that or surgery and those are both, two options that you don’t like.

There is help and it’s all natural and effective. You can be rid of your ovarian cyst without surgery and feel better in a matter of days.
