Trust me we all have to face it one or the other day, we all have to age with time; this is something that is not in our hands but what we can do is delay the onset of such signs of aging.
HOW is the real question?
Making small changes in our life, changes that lead the way to healthier, smarter and enchanting looking you, changes that address what causes wrinkles:
1. Exercise regularly – It is imperative to exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 or 6 days a week. I am not asking you to join a fitness club or a gym, you can always find ways to move your body – use staircase instead of elevators or escalators, indulge in anything that moves your limbs. Exercising everyday keeps your body toned and it releases hormones that help the body get rid of harmful toxins.
2. Eat healthy – Say no to fried foods, burgers, and other fatty foods. Reduce the intake of cheese, butter, nuts, etc. All these are good only for your tongue. An unhealthy diet is directly proportional to an unhealthy skin. You should eat green leafy vegetables, fruits and foods that are good anti oxidants like tomatoes, berries and broccoli.
3. Drink lot of water – It is one of the best beauty and health tips that one can follow, as water is essential for virtually every function of the body. Drink at-least 6-8 glasses of water every day without fail. It will help you keep your body moist and help you flush out harmful toxins.
