Some of them could be sitting in your kitchen all this time. Begin with watching what you’re putting in your mouth. Try to steer clear of fatty and greasy foods. Also, skip putting refined sugar in your favorite beverage. Focus on foods that are naturally rich in zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. Chicken, yogurt, beans and nuts are some great sources of zinc.
